Cel China Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) attaches much importance to personal information protection. The Company will adopt the following measures to effectively use and protect your personal information.

1、Definition of Personal Information
According to the Personal Information Protection Act, personal information is the information by which an individual is identified, such as name, address and date of birth. The Company regards the address as personal information, because an individual can also be identified by his/her address in the real estate industry. The entity of personal information is called as the Customer hereinafter.

2、Conformity with Laws
The Company will handle personal information in strict conformity with laws (the Personal Information Protection Act, the Building Lots and Building Transaction Business Act, etc.), guidelines and regulations.

3、Purpose of Using Personal Information
Personal information provided by the Customer will be used for the following purposes:

 ●Contract performance/management, management after the signing a contract,
   after-sales services of transaction-related issues between the Company and the Customer,
  such as property sales, lease & agent, intermediary agent, management and other attached
  businesses.
 ●Use the information of conclusion of contracts as the proof of suggestions on sales
  price/rental indication.
 ●Provide services concerning property objects and other transactional commodities,
  and operations such as mails, E-mails and phone calls in favor of the Customer.
 ●Use of personal information by the designated circulation unit:
  ・Register the information of property objects in the designated circulation unit in order to
   look for a contracting party.
  ・Notify the designated circulation unit of the date of conclusion of the contract or sales
   price when entering into a contract.
  ・Use the information of conclusion of contracts as the proof of suggestions on sales price
   indication.
   (Based on Item 2 Paragraph 2 Article 34 of the Building Lots and Building Transaction
   Business Act)
  ・Provide the information of property objects from the designated circulation unit to
   potential purchasers or real estate agents.
   (Based on Paragraph 3 Article 50 of the Building Lots and Building Transaction Business Act)
  ・The designated circulation unit uses the information of conclusion of contracts or property
   objects to develop its business.
   (Based on Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 7 Article 50 of the Building Lots and Building
   Transaction Business Act)
   Note: The designated circulation unit refers to a legal entity of public welfare designated
   by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, for the purpose of exchanging
   property information among residential building transacting units and in accordance with
   the Building Lots and Building Transaction Business Act.
 ●Submit a lease contract report to financial institutions or owners of property objects that
  are managed by the Company.
 ●Use the information of conclusion of contracts as the proof of suggestions on sales price
  indication.
 ●The Company shall contact the Customer in an emergency.
 ●Use of personal information by the designated circulation unit.
 ●Submit a lease contract report to financial institutions or owners of property objects that
  are managed by the Company.
 ●The Company contacts the Customer in an emergency.
 ●Conduct a poll survey and analysis on the Customer for the purpose of upgrading services.
 ●Introduce the services and business of the inhabitant.
 ●Use of personal information in the insurance agent business.
 ●Manage such business of construction, reconstruction, etc as ordered by the organization
  or the Customer.
 ●Sales of residential equipment/daily housing articles.
 ●Provide home services/home nursing support in accordance with the Nursing Insurance Law
 ●Management/planning/operations of residence & nursing facilities for people at advanced
  ages
 ●Delivery and promotion of the information magazine issued by the Company.
 ●Operations of mails/ E-mails/phone calls and investigations & analysis of the customer
  trend for the aforesaid business.
 ●To realize the above-mentioned purposes, provide personal data (personal information that
  makes up of personal data) to the third party, entrust related business like data process  to
  the third party, or jointly use the personal data with collaborative companies, within the
  necessary scope
 ●Other purposes for obtaining individual promises.

4、Use of Personal Information
Use of personal information shall be limited to the scope agreed at the time of collecting information.

5、Supply to the Third Party
For the Customer’s personal data, the Company will not provide it to the third party in principle without prior permit from the Customer. However, the above-mentioned purposes
(3. Purpose of Using Personal Information), the Company may provide personal data to the third party by mails,  E-mails and phone calls based on the practical needs. The Company may stop providing personal data if required by the Customer.
 ●The third party that may be provided with personal data by the Company
  ・The contracting party or the expected contracting party of real estate sales and leasing
   agent, other residential building transacting units, Internet advertisement makers, real
   estate business organizations as well as the designated circulation units (The designated
   circulation unit refers to a legal entity of public welfare designated by the Minister of
   Land, Infrastructure and Transport, for the purpose of exchanging property information
   among building transactional units, in accordance with the Building Lots and Building
   Transaction Business Act)
  ・Equipment maintenance units, security units, collecting agents of rent & logistic fees,
   construction management firms, reconstruction units, removal companies
  ・Financial institutions, judicial personnel, investigators of land & property, real estate
   management units, real estate appraisers, architects and real estate consulting
   professional register personnel that relate to the handling process of the attached
   business of real estate transactions.
  ・Other people that relate to the Company’s business, including lawyers, CPA, tax
   accountants, agents, advisors of small and medium sized enterprises, social benefits
   advisors, nursing benefits advisors and social insurance officer.
 ●Joint use with CEL Corporation, the Company’s collaborator  (which has investment relationship with the Company and the legal entity of which is served concurrently by the management of the Company)

6、Correct Management of Personal Data
The Company will conduct strict management on personal data to make sure personal data is correct. In addition, the Company will also be very careful in terms of using and providing personal data.
In case of entrusting an outside unit to process personal data, the Company shall choose the kind of unit that will strictly protect personal information and enter into contract with such unit in order to prevent any disclosure of personal information.

7、Personal Data Security Protection Measures
The Company will take effective security protection measures in terms of organization, manpower, material resources and technology, such as optimizing related mechanism, launching inner corporate training and adopting protection measures to forbid any improper visits, for the purpose of preventing the loss, distortion or disclosure of personal information.

8、Publishing, Correcting, Deleting and Complaining of Personal Data Held by the Company
With written application from the Customer, the Company can immediately publish personal data held (where the Company has the right to add, correct, delete and publish). In addition, if the Customer wants to stop all kinds of services or dissatisfies with the way the Company processes personal data, the Company will take active measures to react and handle in time where adding, correcting, deleting of personal information is necessary.
To handle the adding, correcting, deleting and publishing of personal data, the Company will need to verify the certifications of the Customer, such as the Identity Card. To publish personal data held by the Company, the Customer needs to pay the service charge of JPY 735 (the consumption tax included) to the Company

9、Sustaining Improvement of Compliance Management Policy

The Company attaches much importance to personal information security. To effectively protect the Customer’s personal information, the Company will continuously improve and follow corporate mechanism and regulations concerning personal information protection.

10、Others
In case of any inconsistency between the Personal Information Protection Policy and laws and regulations, the laws and regulations shall prevail.
